1. About us This website is operated by Veluvix, trading as Storybook of Us ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.
2. Personalized products Our storybooks are made from the names, text, choices and characters you provide. You're responsible for checking your preview carefully before you order. What you approve is what we print. You must have the right to use any names and text you provide, and you must not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes anyone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules and refund you in full.
3. Previews and colours Your preview shows your book's actual pages. Printed colours can look slightly different from screens, which is not considered a fault.
4. Prices and payment Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and may change without notice. We may cancel an order if a pricing error occurs, with a full refund.
5. Our illustrations and designs The illustrations, characters, page designs and text templates in our books belong to us. Your book is for personal use, and you may not resell or reproduce our designs commercially.
6. Liability We're responsible for providing products that match your approved preview and arrive in good condition, as set out in our Refund policy. We're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the UK Consumer Rights Act.
7. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order applies to your order.
