About the book
What is Storybook of Us?
A personalized, illustrated storybook starring the two of you. You answer 10 short prompts, and each answer becomes a chapter with its own full-page painted scene featuring your characters.
Who can it be for?
Partners, wives, husbands, moms, dads, sons, daughters, best friends, sisters, brothers and grandparents. The story is written differently for each.
How big is the book?
A5 (5.8" × 8.3"), 32+ full-colour pages. Choose a hardcover ($54.99), softcover ($42.99) or the digital edition only ($24.99). Every printed book includes the digital edition.
Can I see sample books?
Yes. Flip through ten sample books made for different people and occasions.
Making your book
What do I have to write?
Just finish 10 short sentences like “It all began…” and “Together, we love…”. Every prompt has an example you can tap and tweak. Most people finish in about 10 minutes.
Can the characters look like us?
Yes. Choose skin tone, hairstyle, hair colour, outfits, glasses and facial hair for both of you, and watch them update live.
Can I choose the pictures and speech bubbles?
Yes. We pick a scene that matches your words, and you can swap it for any of our 40+ scenes. You can also write what your characters say in each chapter’s speech bubble.
Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. You flip through every page, spread by spread, before you pay. What you see is exactly what we print.
I made a typo. Can I fix it?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll update your book before it goes to print.
Orders & delivery
When will my book arrive?
Every book is printed to order. Including printing, delivery usually takes about 7–8 days to Australia and the UK and about 13 days to the US. You’ll get a tracking number by email.
Short on time? The digital edition is emailed within 24 hours, so you can give it on the day and the keepsake follows.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is a flat $6.95 per order. Digital-only orders have no shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Delivery times for your country are shown at checkout.
Can I add gift wrapping?
Yes. Add our gift box with a card and your personal message for $7.99 when you order, or choose priority production to move your book to the front of the queue.
Returns & help
What's your return policy?
Because every book is personalized, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, we’ll reprint it free. That’s our Love-It Promise. See our refund policy.
