Just finish 10 short sentences like “It all began…” and “Together, we love…”. Every prompt has an example you can tap and change. Most people finish in about 10 minutes.

Yes. Choose skin tone, hairstyle, hair colour, outfits, glasses and facial hair for both of you, and watch them update live.

Yes. We pick a scene that matches your words, and you can swap it for any of our 40+ scenes. You can also write what your characters say in each chapter’s speech bubble.

Yes. You flip through every page, spread by spread, before you pay. What you see is exactly what we print.

Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll update your book before it goes to print. After that it may already be with the printer, and once a book is in production it cannot be changed.

Your digital edition is emailed within 48 hours, so you are never empty-handed on the day.

The printed book is made from scratch after you order, in three stages: we prepare your files (1–2 business days), then it is printed and bound (3–5 business days), then it ships.

• US standard — free: about 3–4 weeks, tracked
• US Express — $24.99: about 10–14 days
• International tracked — $14.95: about 3–5 weeks
• International Express — $39.99: about 2–3 weeks

You’ll get a tracking number by email when it ships.

3–5 business days to print, bind and pack, once your files reach the printer. Hardcovers are usually closer to 5, because the case is wrapped and then left to cure before the book can be packed.

In December this stretches to 7–10 business days across the whole print industry, which is why our Christmas cut-off dates are earlier than you might expect.

For $9.99 it does two things: your digital edition arrives in 24 hours instead of 48, and your book moves to the front of our studio queue so it reaches the printer within one business day instead of two.

What it does not do is speed up printing or shipping — those are the printer's and the carrier's timelines, and nobody can jump those. Realistically it saves you about a day. If you need the printed book sooner, choose Express shipping instead — that is the part that genuinely moves the delivery date.

Order by 26 November for free standard US delivery, or by 8 December with Express. After that, the digital edition still arrives within 48 hours — plenty of people give that on the day and the printed book follows in the new year.

Free for standard shipping inside the US. Express is $24.99. International tracked shipping is $14.95, or $39.99 for International Express. Digital-only orders have no shipping fee.

Because every book is personalized, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, we’ll reprint it free. That’s our Love-It Promise. See our refund policy.
